Some DOD project managers request the Principal Investigator to provide a mid-year Facility Safety Plan Status Report. This interim report, rarely requested but often confused with submittals that have already been sent, is an addition to the December submittal sent to the DOD by the UT Southwestern Medical Center Department of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S).
