The UT Southwestern Medical Center Department of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) must submit the Facility Safety Plan Status Report to the DOD in early December of any year that no December renewal of the Facility Safety Plan With Facility Safety Director’s Assurance is submitted.  The December 2005 Facility Safety Plan Status Report is the most recent status report submitted (2006 was a plan renewal year).

 
My DOD project manager asked me to provide a Facility Safety Plan Status Report.  Can I send him an electronic copy of our most recent status report?

If your DOD project manager wants an Interim Facility Safety Plan Status Report, EH&S will generate an interim report.  Please contact Terry Capone via GroupWise or at 89736 for assistance.
